The zoning district boundaries for the FBO-1, FBO-2 and FBO-3 district are in draft form and subject to change.  Public comment on the boundaries is welcomed.  FBO-1 areas are intended to be low intensity areas that are dominated by low density residential development.  FBO-2 areas are transitional areas that will accommodate a mix of residential and non-residential uses.  Maximum heights in FBO-2 areas will be based on proximity to low density residential zoning districts.  FBO-3 areas will allow for high rise development.  Draft regulations for these districts will be posted on this site when they are completed later this fall.  Let us know if you would like to be notified when the draft regulations are available.   Visit the “Comment Center” (left hand side, under "Main Menu") at www.pcb-formbasedcode.com to post a comment or to request notification.
